1. So what sort of weddings do you organise?

We can organise any sort of wedding you want. We can provide just the celebrancy services if that is all you need, or organise the whole thing! For larger weddings (60 plus) we use a local wedding planner who has had a lot of experience with these occasions.

2.  How do I go about organising the legal work?

If you are living in New Zealand, you must enquire at your nearest Births, Deaths and Marriages office. Often this is a part of the local courthouse. The application costs $120.00 and you need to fill in the forms they provide and declare the information correct. We will advise you of the information you need regarding Celebrant details. You will need to allow at least 3 working days before returning to pick up the licence and paperwork. This is what is signed at the Ceremony

If you are living overseas and can not do this yourself, we can do it on your behalf. We then need to take you to declare and sign the paperwork at our local Registry Office in Tauranga.

3. I am not sure about things such as photographers, flowers, wedding cakes and so on, can you help?

Absolutely! We have great contacts in all of these areas and are proud of the people who work with us. Not only are they great value, they will deliver you top quality service and product.  Simply ask tell us what you would like us to arrange on our contact form, and we can come back to you with an estimate and options.

From there we can get more specific with your requirements and quote you on the finished arrangement, whatever you choose to have us do.

4. What about the ceremony? How do I plan this?

The ceremony needs to reflect who you are.  So with this in mind, the ceremony will be unique to you. We have got loads of ideas to guide you and will discuss your ideas to make sure that we come up with the ceremony you are totally happy with.

4. One I decide to use you, how and what do I pay?

Once we have come up with exactly what you want us to organise, we will send you an estimate of costs. Once you are happy with this, we will then send you a quote. We require 20% deposit and the final payment prior to the wedding date. You can pay by cheque, Internet or Credit Card. Simple! :-)
